("Pumped", "we", "us" and/or "our") operates Payment Orchestration platform (together with the Site, the "Services") and provides the Services to our customers and users ("you", "your"). We provide the Services through our Pumped protal and we provide information about the Services through our website available at www.pumped.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy sets forth Pumped's policies with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and users of the Services.

California Privacy Rights

California customers who have provided Personal Data to Pumped may request information about Pumped's disclosure of certain categories of Personal Data to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes by emailing privacy@pumped.ai. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, Pumped will provide a list of the categories of personal information referenced in California Civil Code Section 1798.83(e)(6) that Pumped disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Pumped reserves the right not to respond to requests submitted in ways other than as specified above

Our Site currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
